Andrew S. Kinnecom
President & Founder
Andrew S. Kinnecom is an entrepreneur with a background in hospitality and resort development, employing more than 500 individuals in his career. He owned a historic golf resort and club in North Carolina and built an 83-suite Best Western hotel in Florida. Andy was elected to Best Western's Board of Governors in Phoenix, AZ, and served on numerous non-profit and association boards. He is a master at creating transparent credit card processing proposals and can also teach anyone to read their credit card processing statement.

Margaret Wilcox Kinnecom
Executive Vice President/Owner
Margaret Wilcox Kinnecom spent her career working in Boston as an advertising executive. Her work has been highly awarded locally and nationally. Her experience includes being a vice president/senior creative director at Hill Hollidav in Boston and running an advertising freelance company. Besides working on marketing for Swipe for a Cause and creating collateral that helps merchants promote their giving, Margaret is the head of customer service and does much of the back office work.

Alan Kerr
President Atlantic Division
Alan Kerr comes to Swipe after being a Vice President for DD Distribution in Warwick, Rhode Island. Alan brings with him a strong background in Advertising and Public Relations. After a successful career in Los Angeles running his own production company, he decided to move back to Rhode Island to be close to his ailing father and "best friend." Alan was able to be there when he later passed away under hospice care. In 2024 Alan moved to Alabama where he started Swipe for Cause/AL that supports hospice through the Huntsville Hospital Foundation

Greg Caldarone
V.P. Business Development & Operations
Greg is a Rhode Island native. His career began in information technology and he transitioned that into payment processing. Throughout his years in payment processing. he has developed close relationships with his merchants who know he always has their best interest in mind. Greg is a volunteer with the American Cancer Society’s RI Council and a member of "Real Men Wear Pink" Rhode Island. Outside of work Greg's main focus is his family and friends. In fact, we have yet to find many who are not related to or very good friends with Greg. When he is not with his family, you can find him on the golf course.

With years of experience developing strategic marketing campaigns and working directly with national accounts, he understands how to drive customer engagement and increase profitability. Now, he leverages that knowledge to provide businesses with cost-effective payment solutions, personalized service, and the opportunity to give back to hospice care—turning everyday transactions into a force for good.

Maddie Williams
Business Development Manager
Maddie Williams is a seasoned marketing professional with a background in media, events, and customer service. While living in New York City, she worked for XO Group, the media company best known for its wedding-focused brand, The Knot. Prior to that, Maddie worked in Event Management and Sales for Newport Harbor Corporation, where she planned events for many of the inns and restaurants under the Newport Restaurant Group umbrella. Her extensive experience working closely with brides and their mothers has shaped her expertise in customer service. Today, her main focus is in the area of industry compliance.

Carol has owned her own business and brings 20 years of sales experience to Swipe for a Cause. In fact, she used to be a Swipe for a Cause customer. After closing her business, Carol came to work for us, because our service model fit with her focus of building lasting customer relationships. She has a knack for identifying and developing new business opportunities. She is also skilled in providing tailored solutions, transitioning merchants over to them and ensuring complete satisfaction.
